nudgy bandwidth

Blop! The browser blinks again, faces come up and off the screen,

In the background somebody is talking about ‘the self’ nudging itself into being through social media and the digital infrastructure.

I try to make sense while refreshing browser, the voice arrives with 3 seconds of delay and last signal of the group was 5 seconds ago (maybe less).

Or are they already in the future and my webcam is still in the past?

Blop! The screen blinks again and all the groups faces appear back, the voice sounds at the right speed again.
